  • The Full Spearhead rules
  • Objective / Battle Tactic Cards
  • Double-sided board
  • Scenery

Once you and a friend have Spearheads at the ready and a handful of dice, you’ll be ready to rock and roll.

The set costs £47

The Scenery

The scenery in this box is superb, as you can see from the amazing examples that Matt painted.

  • Spearhead City of Ash
  • Spearhead City of Ash
  • Spearhead City of Ash
  • Spearhead City of Ash
  • Spearhead City of Ash

We’ve had Azyr ruins before in Age of Sigmar, but these new Spearhead bits easily outshine them.

They fit with the aesthetic of the Cities of Sigmar range perfectly, and it would be brilliant if they release other scenery bits to match so you can fill a full board for games of AoS.

The Rules

When Matt originally covered the Spearhead box he discussed the rules from the set, which you can check out here.

Summary

The scenery is the star of the show here, but also, if you have itch to try Spearhead, then this box is perfect.

Playing Spearhead is easy, you just need this box, two Spearhead forces, some dice and a tape measure. it really is a fun way of playing AoS without fielding a whole bunch of units.

Great ruleset, brilliant scenery, a must buy for new and returning Spearhead players who didn’t fancy the Cities of Sigmar or Skaven models from the limited run launch box.
