Even by the grim standards of Necromunda, Haera is a sociopath and a backstabbing murderer! The 13th daughter of Lord Gerontius Helmawr, Lady Haera feels she is entitled to claim Necromunda for herself, and will manipulate and torture her way to her goal!

Lady Haera Unboxing

With the recent Cinderak Burning book we have seen the start of the multi-part Aranthian Successon campaign for Necromunda. This campaign tells the story of the battle for succession following the assassination attempt on Lord Helmawr. Various factions have pulled in different directions, with some even erupting in civil war. Of those loyal to Helmawr however is Lady Haera, his vicious and quite possibly insane daughter – who is ruthless and devious enough to perhaps get her goal…

For newcomers to the hobby, this is a little bit of a tricky kit to put together. It’s a resin kin from Forge World, so you will want to give the parts a good clean beforehand and then take some time when building it, as the dress in particular wants to be precise for the rest of the model to fit together properly

It is well worth the effort though, as Lady Haera is a gorgeous model to paint up. I feel she would act as a great palette cleanser between other projects giving you something different to paint up between gangs!

From a rules point of view she cannot be purchased or hired for your gang, instead you need to petition for her during the pre battle sequence with there being a chance of her accompanying you to battle.

She has a couple of cool rules – The skulls that are helping hold her dress are actually used to give her 360″ vision, and her power spear actually has a teleport homer built into it allowing her to use it as a ranged weapon. Every time she uses it there’s a chance that the battery runs out leaving her only able to use it in melee.
