Here’s all the details from Warhammer Community:
Battletome: Seraphon
After an auspicious first outing in the Seraphon Army Set, Battletome: Seraphon is being made available to all. This book contains everything you need to play armies of Coalesced reptiles and celestial Starborne. It contains new and updated rules, warscrolls, and pitched battle profiles for every last Seraphon unit and sub-faction, plus fresh Path to Glory rules.

Prostrate yourself before these scaly sentinels by picking up the limited edition, which features gilt page edges, gold foil blocking, a red ribbon page marker, and a soft-touch cover. It is limited to just 400 numbered copies.
Slann Starmaster

All Seraphon operate under the command of the Slann Starmasters. These ancient amphibian augurs were created by the Old Ones to ensure the cosmic equation known as the Astromatrix is not unbalanced and the Great Plan comes to pass. Their mastery of cosmic energies and spellcasting prowess make them powerful linchpins for any Seraphon host.
Skink Starseer

The skink priesthood are the devoted attendants of the Slann Starmasters, interpreting their croaked pronouncements into prophecy and plans of action, while making certain the temple-cities continue to operate. Starseers are the most powerful skink wizards, second only to their slann superiors, and they read the heavens during battle to predict the future and bestow blessings upon their allies.
Saurus Scar-Veteran on Aggradon

While mages and sages sling spells from the back lines, the Saurus Scar-Veterans launch themselves headlong into combat on the back of alpha predators – like the supremely savage aggradons. Possessed of a barely-restrained savagery, rider and mount alike surge into enemy lines with a ferocious roar.
Saurus Astrolith Bearer

Saurus marked by destiny will carry astroliths into combat – complex devices covered in astrological symbols, with an orb of purest celestite floating in the middle, they act as conduits for heavenly energies to further empower the Seraphon armies.*
Aggradon Lancers

Few shock cavalry are as effective at throwing entire battlelines collapse in fear than the mighty Aggradon Lancers. Aggradons are a particularly vicious breed that become frenzied at the first taste of blood, and their saurus riders take advantage of this trait to carve right through their enemy’s vanguard units.*
Kroxigor

Kroxigor are the most physically imposing of all the Seraphon, dwarfing even the ferocious Saurus. Normally used as labourers in the great temple-cities, they wade into battle alongside their skink cousins swinging huge mauls and hammers. This kit also builds Kroxigor Warspawned – a far more savage variant, blessed with crocodilian features by the god Sotek and armed with massive starfang war-picks.
Raptadon Hunters

Aggradons weren’t the only breed of lizard awoken by the feral roar of Ghur. Clutches of inert raptadon eggs also hatched, adding intelligent pack hunters to the Seraphon stock of mounts. They are ridden into battle by skinks, who take advantage of their mount’s natural speed and smarts to befuddle enemies and exploit weaknesses.

This set builds either five javelin-throwing Raptadon Hunters or lance-wielding Raptadon Chargers, two units who have natural synergy on the battlefield.
Saurus Warriors

Saurus Warriors are the mainstay of most Seraphon armies. With vice-like jaws, rending claws, and hardy scales for armour, they are living weapons and defenders of the geomantic nexus. Stick a celestite spear or club in their hands, and these furious beasts become an ordered cohort that can go toe-to-toe with the toughest foes in the Mortal Realms.*
Spawn of Chotec

The salamanders herded by Sun Acolytes born under the blessing of Chotec are a unique element among the Seraphon. These creatures are essentially living artillery, belching flaming globs of corrosive saliva across the battlefield to weaken the armour and broil the flesh of their enemies.*

Librarian Consul

Librarians tap into the tides of the warp to wield strange psychic powers against their enemies. Loyalists and Traitors alike eschew the Edicts of Nikea in order to gain an edge in the relentlessly bloody battles of the Horus Heresy. This resin miniature is equipped with a force axe and comes with a choice of helmed and unhelmed head.
Decurion Saggitar

Throughout the Age of Darkness – and particularly in the Siege of Cthonia campaign – the Imperial Fists made use of experienced Decurion tank commanders in vehicle combat. Renowned for their marksmanship, Decurion Saggitars were able to identify key enemy assets, and help their tank crews split fire to destroy multiple critical targets in a single engagement. This resin upgrade kit is designed to be fitted on a plastic Deimos Pattern Predator, Sicaran, or Kratos.
Imperial Fists and Sons of Horus Shoulder Pads and Torsos
To coincide with the Siege of Cthonia campaign book which went on pre-order today, several sets of shoulder pads for the Imperial Fists and Sons of Horus are returning for a short while on a Made to Order Basis, alongside one set of torsos.

These will be available to order on Friday, and will go off sale at 8am UK time on Monday the 5th of June. There are six sets available, all cast in resin: Imperial Fists MKIV Shoulder Pads and MKVI Shoulder Pads, and Sons of Horus MKIII Shoulder Pads, MKIV Shoulder Pads, Cataphractii Shoulder Pads, and MKIV Torsos.
