What is Margrave?

Margrave: The Marcher Lords is the first miniatures game to come from Three Sail Studios.

Drawing inspiration from strategy video games, you’ll find the mechanics behind playing a game of Margrave to be very unique, whilst also tapping into the enjoyment that you’ll also find when playing other rank and file wargames, such as Warhammer Fantasy and Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings.

How Many Factions Are in Margrave?

At launch the game will have three very unique factions to choose from:

• The Helikon League
• The Eternal Conclave
• The Banner Clans

Each visually are strikingly different and will tap into different play styles. You can learn more about the factions here.

What Happens After The Conclusion of the Gamefound Campaign?

As we found out when we chatted about the game on the latest podcast, George (the studio head) has plans and framework in place to ensure the game stays fresh. He promises new models, factions and even variations of play once the game is in peoples hands.
