So first of I have to apologise for how late this update is between real world stuff and the new edition of Warhammer 40k coming its been hard to find the time to do May’s update but here it is.

Sadly I haven’t completed any of my hobby goals in May but I have made some progress on several of them and every little bit helps, so to start with I’m about half way through the Hobbit book and I’m still wondering when Legolas is going to turn up ( I’m joking ), I have also painted up the Leagues of Votann kill team the Hearthkyn Salvagers which added a lot of models towards my 100 goal.

I wanted to at the end of April’s update paint up two Marvel Crisis Protocol models which I did manage to do and I can slowly start to see the Marvel Crisis Protocol shelf get more and more full of models which is great, I painted up Ultron who was one of the quickest models I have ever painted in a long time and Black Widow who was again very quick and enjoyable to paint.

Horus Heresy wise I built some Cataphractii Terminators for my Iron Warriors army which I have been re-evaluating how I want to paint them and more specifically how I want to base them so for the time being I have left them unpainted.

Looking ahead to the end of June and I think I’m going to keep it relatively simple for my hobby goals ( I know we are half way through at this stage but haven’t really done much hobbying ).

• Build and paint a Primaris Intercession Kill Team.
• Build and Paint Captain America from the MCP core set.
• Work out how I want to base / paint my Iron Warriors for the Horus Heresy.

Hopefully things will calm down now … fingers crossed lets find out in a couple of weeks.
