The first book is called Avenging Son and is written by Guy Haley.

Here we go. Identity politics and virtue signalling finally rears its ugly head.
It was a good run warhammer but once you start changing your lore for the sake of people who don’t even care about the universe you have built then you will eventually find you have to core audience anymore.
