More Warhammer Videogames Incoming: GW’s Pledge for more AAA Games
Games Workshop have today released their latest financial report.
In short, they are doing very well!
One very interesting snippet of information from today’s information can be found below:

We’ve had a plethora of Warhammer games in the past, some of which were fantastic, but quite a few others were quickly brushed aside.
We already know that Games Workshop have given a license for Warhammer Age of Sigmar to Frontier Studios, to make an RTS for PC and consoles based in the Mortal Realms. Frontier are a great studio, who were responsible for Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo. You can check out our article about this announcement here.
More recently FatShark, the studio behind the fantastic Vermintide games are busy making a similar game but set in the 41st Millennium, called Darktide. It’s been earmarked for release next year.
I’d love to know which other studios GW have signed up in order to chase the dream of more AAA games. Could we see another game similar to Space Marine?
Personally, I’d be super happy with a remastered original Dawn of War, as that was amazing!
